It has been a struggle the past 2 days... I have once again done my neck in... When will I learn that there are physical limitations to what I can do? I am walking around looking like a bean sprout... At least the arm has not gone totally useless yet... Hope it won't either... But my spirit keeps positive a and I know it is only for a season...
I would give anything to be able to straighten my neck again as it is really tiring to look at the world on its side...
